Gillian Cross BSc MCSP is the founder of Ladysmith Physiotherapy, a Chartered Physiotherapist and is HCPC registered

Gillian has over 25 years of experience as a Physiotherapist having qualified with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in 1993.
Gillian specialised in the field of Neurology in 1996 achieving Clinical Specialist level leading Physiotherapy care in Stroke and Neurology.
She has completed Bobath and Motor Relearning training.
She has led and managed Community Stroke Services providing Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Nursing input across the city of Nottingham. Gillian has extensive experience of treating the elderly client and continues to provide Physiotherapy to patients suffering mobility, orthopaedic and neurological problems (eg Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Brain Injury).
Currently Gillian works as Lead Physiotherapist for Orthopaedics and General Surgery and is Depute Manager for Acute Services.
Aside to this she has worked in the private sector since 2002 providing care to both individuals with a wide array of conditions including complex disorders, mobility problems, pain and sports injuries.
Further to this , she is trained in Acupuncture and is a member of the AACP.
She has also completed post graduate training in Hydrotherapy and sees great benefit in working with clients in the water.
